From Preconstruction Through Completion

LINE’s involvement can begin well before construction starts. During preconstruction, our team evaluates budget, constructability, schedule, logistics, procurement, and coordination to identify potential challenges early, uncover opportunities for greater efficiency, and establish a clear path forward before work reaches the field.

Once construction begins, that planning carries directly into execution. Project management and field supervision remain closely connected throughout the project, coordinating trades, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and addressing field conditions as they develop.

That continuity remains through substantial completion, punch list, turnover, and final closeout, providing a disciplined approach from the earliest stages of a project through its completion.
