At LINE Construction Group, safety is part of how every project is planned, managed, and executed. Through The LINE Safety Initiative, our project management, field supervision, and Site Safety Coordinators work together to maintain disciplined safety standards across every jobsite.
Our façade, roofing, scaffolding, and rigging teams receive extensive safety training for the demanding environments in which they work, including OSHA training, fall protection, scaffold and suspended-access safety, and proper equipment use. Regular jobsite briefings and ongoing training help ensure safety remains at the forefront throughout construction.
Our responsibility extends beyond our workforce. We take extensive measures to protect building occupants, pedestrians, neighboring properties, our clients, and the public while minimizing disruption to ongoing building operations.

Insurance & Risk Protection
Not All Contractor
Insurance Is the Same.
Contractors are required to carry Workers’ Compensation and General Liability insurance, but the level of protection can vary significantly. Some contractors knowingly operate without comprehensive coverage, while others may not fully understand the limitations within their own policies. If an incident occurs, inadequate coverage can create significant exposure not only for the contractor, but for the property owner and managing agent as well.
Most owners and property managers never see a contractor’s complete policy, only a Certificate of Insurance showing that coverage is in place. What that certificate may not reveal are exclusions or restrictions contained within the underlying policy.
Falls-from-heights exclusions are common in construction insurance policies and can seriously jeopardize a building owner’s protection, particularly when façade, roofing, scaffolding, rigging, and other elevated work is being performed.
