Every five years, New York City’s Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) requires buildings taller than six stories to have their exterior walls inspected and to correct the unsafe and safe-with-repair conditions the inspection finds. The work is exterior, often at height and always next to the public — which is why it rewards a contractor that controls its own access, crews and schedule.
LINE provides the access your inspector needs, performs the investigative probes and repairs the inspection calls for, and coordinates closely with your engineer or architect so that filings, sign-offs and the repair schedule stay aligned.

The LINE Approach
Our crews work from LINE-owned access systems and rigging, so inspection and repair schedules are set by your project — not by an equipment rental calendar. Façade findings often uncover structural conditions behind the wall; our structural and masonry teams handle both under one contract.
